Carrbridge or Drochaid Chàrr in Gaelic, is set within the Cairngorm National Park in the Scottish Highlands.
It has quiet country roads, the historical 300 year old "Pack-horse Bridge" and is just a stone's throw from some of the romantic filming locations for "Outlander".
Take a step back in time just as Claire did, climb up into our carriage,
sit back and soak up the atmosphere!
New for 2018, our "Access for All Carriage", with its built in ramp for wheelchair access, is the ideal way to travel through the countryside. With the chance of seeing roe and red deer, mountain and brown hare, red squirrel, and some of the most spectacular scenery the Highlands has to offer.
The carriage is pulled by our two lovely horses, Holly and Lola and can be open topped, fully covered,
or have the sides rolled up, just in case - you never can tell what our Highland weather is going to do!!
During the summer months you can book one of our hour long carriage tours for up to 8 people*, we could even pick you up from your front door if your staying in Carrbridge.
Our hour long carriage tours will be available Monday - Friday, including evenings, but are limited, so its advisable to book
in advance to avoid disappointment.
We will be in the village on a Wednesday evening at 7 pm if you want to come along for a drive out and you can enjoy the sounds of Spud the Piper** piping from atop the old bridge,
